We are committed to building the capacity of industry to understand and manage human factor risks and have been doing so since 2017. One way we do this is through offering a personal road map for individuals to become recognised as experts in the field of security awareness, behaviour and culture.

That road map includes a foundation course and finishes with certification as a Human Factor Architect (CHFA™). These courses will demonstrate to your customers, regulators, Board and your colleagues, that you have the skills, knowledge and insight to design and deliver an effective strategy for employee awareness, behaviour and culture.
