Re-thinking the Human Factor™

Security Professionals

Where organisations do not have a dedicated team for employee awareness, behaviour and culture, the responsibility for this is often handed to members of the Information or IT security team.

It is not unusual for CISM’s, CRISC’s, CISSP’s to be responsible for developing and delivering programmes to influence changes in employee behaviour and culture.

However, many may have no training in human awareness, behaviour and culture at all. We believe this needs to change if those responsible for addressing the human factor are to be best equipped to achieve success.

Back in 2017,  the Re-thinking the Human Factor pioneered introducing information security professionals to the basics of human awareness, behaviour and culture before, training them on how to develop and deliver, education and awareness activities that delivered change.

If you are an information security professional, responsible for addressing the human factor, and you would like to know more about how we can help you build your professional credentials, whilst reducing human factor risk in your organisation, then join us on our monthly webinar and meet our Founder, to see how we can help.
