Education & Awareness Managers

As the Education & Awareness Manager you are already running a range of tactical initiatives and an annual programme of activities to influence employee awareness, behaviour and culture. If you’re lucky you’ve got a team to help you, but with that team comes responsibility for them and their ability to deliver the plan you have agreed with your CISO.

You’re responsible for reporting operational metrics up to the CISO and identifying risks and opportunities for improvement which could
re-shape the organisations strategy for the next
3 to 5 years. This includes identifying the skills you and your team need to successfully deliver your strategy for employee awareness,
behaviour and culture.
