Where organisations don’t have a dedicated team for employee awareness, behaviour and culture, the responsibility  is often handed to members of the Information, IT security or data protection team.

It is not unusual for CISM’s, CRISC’s, CISSP’s and other professionals to be responsible for developing and delivering programmes, or initiatives, to influence changes in employee behaviour and culture as well as the day to day job of governance, risk and compliance.
